We provide restoration, repair and cleaning services of your taxidermy mounts. We can clean a single mount or a whole collection of mounts. We do general maintenance cleaning and complete restoration of damaged mounts. We can take a very old mount and restore it to look like new.

Taxidermy : biocides may be used in different steps of the process such as pickling, soaking and tanning and also on finished mounted animals (dry preservation) as shown in table 1. Formaldehyde is less and less used and replaced by other products most of the time.

Taxidermy is a way of preparing, stuffing and/or mounting an animal for display or study. It usually involves arranging an animal's real skin over a fake body to make the animal look alive! It is a way of preserving the body so that scientists or Museum visitors can see what the animal was like when it was alive.

The chemical solution for the naturalization of an animal or to maintain the shape and appearance of a plant, includes 10 g of 100% boric acid, 150 g of NaCl and 30 g of phenol, 5 l of aldehyde 35% formic acid and 5 liters of 98% alcohol.
